MLS Listing Data Flow
Flowchart showing how a listing moves from MLS entry through status, seller distribution choices, and public destinations.
Core rule: Data flows outward from the MLS — never around it.
The MLS is where transparency and broker cooperation begin. All distribution decisions happen after a listing is entered.
